Our Client is a global leader in digital energy management and industrial automation, supporting critical infrastructure across manufacturing, utilities, and energy systems worldwide. Their platforms power some of the most complex and essential operations across 100+ countries.

They are seeking a Services Marketing Lead to drive measurable demand growth and accelerate the commercialization of priority Services offers across modernization, sustainability, digital, and lifecycle solutions.

This is a high-visibility role designed for a marketing leader who knows how to turn strategy into pipeline.

What You’ll Own

Accelerate Demand & Pipeline Growth

Build and execute targeted, integrated campaigns (digital + field)
Identify and activate quick-win opportunities to drive near-term pipeline lift
Deliver clear performance reporting with insights and lessons learned

Lead a Strategic Offer Launch

Drive marketing activation for a key Services offer
Plan and execute a customer-facing launch event that brings the value proposition to life
Ensure alignment across business leaders, marketing, and sales teams

Enable Channel & Sales Teams

Create customer-ready materials and enablement tools for partners
Support trainings and webinars that increase confidence and conversion
Build playbooks and toolkits designed for long-term use

Turn Insights Into Action

Rapidly synthesize market, competitor, and customer insights
Refine and validate value propositions for priority Services positioning
Deliver recommendations that shape future go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B demand generation experience with measurable pipeline impact
Strong background in services, solutions, or product marketing
Experience launching new offers or commercial initiatives
Ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations
Comfort working within industrial, energy, manufacturing, or enterprise technology environments
