In partnership with EMD Electronics, we are seeking a Regional HRBP for a 12-month contract. The role can be located at one of our company locations in Allentown, PA. or Branchburg, NJ.

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with local leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, specifically within the dynamic semiconductor industry. This role requires an astute thinker who can provide innovative HR solutions to support the organization's goals, lead change management initiatives, and drive site transformation topics. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, including talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and policy direction.

Your Role:

Partner with business leaders across several US locations to understand their objectives and provide HR guidance.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the organization's goals and drive performance.
Build trust and provide insights that influence and inspire regional business leader’s behavior, mindset, and people decisions with an impact on sustainable business growth.
Use multiple data sources and people analytics to create critical people insights to identify and pro-actively monitor business performance and opportunities/risks
Ensure robust talent pipeline development and succession planning for critical site positions, with focus on diversity and inclusion.
Collaborate with the HR Solutions team to deliver impactful solutions in areas such as compensation, benefits, and learning and development.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive, high-performance culture.
Support change management adoption and cultural transformation strategies to enable business success.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (M.Sc preferred, MBA a plus).
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated success at operating in a way that considers business objectives.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Highly flexible, agile, and effective at leading and delivering on business imperatives in a high-change, high-growth environment.
Analytical and data-driven, with ability to use complex data for people decision making; thus, leading to high-impact people business strategies.
