Backend Product Engineer (Mid, Senior, Staff)

London – Hybrid (2 days)

£80k–£120k + equity | VISA sponsorship available

Want to build customer-centric products, and learn/deepen your expertise in Golang?

Techmunity are hiring multiple backend engineers for one of London’s most ambitious AI product teams, backed by LocalGlobe (early investors in Mistral, Figma, Monzo and Wise).

They've built a platform that powers how companies like Stripe, Canva, Datadog and ElasticSearch win enterprise deals.

This platform is used by hundreds of B2B teams from Series A to IPO to create personalised 1:1 buying experiences at scale.

They raised one of the largest seed rounds in Europe in their category, 2.5×’d ARR in the last year, and are scaling toward Series A in 2026.

You’ll work on distributed, Go-first services running on AWS, using Kafka for event-driven workflows and Postgres for core data.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong backend fundamentals in a typed language (Python, Java, Rust, C#, etc.)

• Experience with distributed or message-driven systems

• Comfort with concurrency and production failure modes

• A genuine interest in learning/deepening expertise with Golang

• Product mindset - you think in terms of outcomes, not tickets

• Comfortable working closely with founders, sales and users

You’ll join a senior, engineer-led team with experience across high-scale fintech, adtech and enterprise platforms.

Multiple openings across levels. £80k–£120k depending on experience, plus meaningful equity. VISA sponsorship available.
