Company Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well established EPCM consulting firm supporting organisations across multiple industries. They are expanding into a dedicated AI Implementation Consulting practice focused on helping teams adopt, implement, and sustain AI solutions in a responsible, scalable, value driven way.
Job Overview: The Manager, AI Implementation Consulting will build, scale, and lead a new AI Implementation Consulting Division. This role is suited to a senior consulting leader who understands both AI capabilities and business realities, and who can translate strategy into execution, guide enterprise clients through adoption, and develop a high performing consulting team. Experience in the energy sector is an asset but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead the AI Implementation Consulting Division
Define service offerings, delivery frameworks, and pricing models, including subscription based advisory
Advise executive and senior leadership teams on practical AI strategy, governance, and implementation
Lead complex client engagements focused on AI adoption, operationalisation, and change management
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of AI consultants from junior through senior levels
Partner with sales and leadership to support business development and client growth
Stay current on emerging AI technologies, tools, and regulatory considerations
Core Competencies:
Executive level communication and stakeholder management
Strong consulting delivery leadership with a practical, outcomes focused approach
Ability to build repeatable offerings and scalable delivery models
Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new capability from scratch
Education and Experience:
10 plus years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or related leadership roles
Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts and real world business applications
Proven experience leading teams and delivering large, complex client engagements
Experience designing repeatable consulting offerings and scalable delivery models
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
