Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Technical Business Systems Analyst 2. The work will be done onsite full-time in Mossville, IL. This is a 12-month long-term position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $36/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
Cullerton Group is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support the development, deployment, and adoption of product development processes and software tools. This role works closely with internal practitioners, business system leads, and global cross-functional teams to document requirements, support enhancements, and provide user training. The analyst will also contribute to insights and reporting related to product development application usage through data analysis and visualization. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, business process design skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with internal teams to develop, deploy, train, and support users on processes and tools
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document needs, and coordinate enhancements with IT
• Partner with process and application owners on initiatives related to product development application usage and deployment
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis, data processing, and data visualization
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product development processes and tools
Team Interaction & Structure
• Regular interaction with Business System Leads and the Product Development Applications user community
• Support role working with Business Leads, Project Leads, and Data Scientists
• Contributes to teams developing and supporting product development processes, tools, and analytics
Work Environment
• 100% in-office
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of professional experience
• Internship experience does not count toward required experience
• Demonstrated experience performing administrative duties for software applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with product development or engineering software applications
• Exposure to off-highway, automotive, or aerospace product development environments
• Familiarity with requirements management and FMEA
• Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
• Initiative to learn and drive continuous improvement opportunities
