3-5+ years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles
Proven support of business critical systems with defined SLAs
Demonstrated incident handling

Activities

Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access
Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment
Perform application lifecycle management
Support Azure core services
Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures. Security, Availability & Governance
Enforce least privilege access and zero trust principles
Support MFA, device based access, and security baselines
Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads
Participate in change, risk, and impact assessments
