Job Description

The division accomplishes this by building innovative, highly scalable services & technologies that eliminate subjectivity, complexity, and variation: identifying, preparing for, and mitigating risk; and auditing our practices to ensure compliance. As part of the division, we build exciting software technology products that help with security and loss prevention for our operations. We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Principal Product Manager - Technical to drive our suite of critical software to deliver world-class value for risk, resilience, and investigation management.
The right candidate possesses a strong background in customer experience and product and program management, combined with a solid understanding of current cloud-based software and web technologies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. The candidate should have a track record of timely delivery of projects, be willing to dig in and get the job done, and provide input to speed up key decisions.

Responsibilities:
Lead a set of products to develop and execute the product roadmap using the company’s working backwards process, including identifying customer pain points and new opportunities
Establish best practices to define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to cross-functional teams using the company’s working backwards process
Reinforce a team's ability to analyze emerging industry trends in Security & Loss prevention that can contribute to the long-term product strategy
Work with multiple engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs and business objectives
Collaborate with user experience teams, data engineering, and solution architects to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows
Create foundational mechanisms to analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve product performance and user experience across the organization and suite of products
Monitor the execution of projects in the portfolio, providing project progress to stakeholders when needed, identifying and mitigating risks, and pushing for appropriate levels of quality to maintain the overall integrity of the project
Work closely with various teams to ensure the scalability and maintainability of the products
leverage LLM /ML/ agentic AI technologies to solve business challenges
Top Must-have hard skills
Technical product development experience – 5-8yrs
Experience working closely with engineering teams solving business problems– 5yrs
Ability to work with ambiguity and ideate for customer challenges – 5yrs
Experience in leveraging AI tech – 2-3yrs
Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree required
