Duration:- 12-month

We are seeking experienced Technical Solutions Consultants to join team supporting large-scale digital advertising clients. In this role, you will act as a technical point of contact, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams.

You will work on complex tickets, consult on advertising best practices, escalate issues to engineering when needed, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving challenging technical problems in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Build technical expertise in digital advertising products and provide consultative guidance to clients and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to advertising platforms.
Escalate potential bugs to product and engineering teams and follow through on resolutions.
Deliver high-quality support and ensure SLAs are met.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize support workflows.
Communicate effectively with internal sales teams and, occasionally, clients.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

3+ years in digital advertising or technology industries.
Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and ticket escalation.
Familiarity with advertising technologies (pixels, ad servers, auctions, delivery).
Technical proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Previous experience with major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google, TikTok, Snapchat) is highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of any European language.
Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs).
