This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a targeted base salary range of $90,000–$110,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Champion a high-touch, thoughtful candidate experience from intake to offer
Support workforce planning conversations tied to organizational shifts or growth initiatives
Contribute to early-career or internship recruitment efforts as needed

Background recruiting for professional functions such as Finance, People/HR, Technology, Commercial, or similar areas
Experience closing senior-level talent (Director and above)
Strong capability in direct sourcing and building talent communities
Ability to influence and guide leaders through hiring decisions with confidence and sound judgment
Experience coaching or guiding other recruiters
Comfort using applicant tracking systems and leveraging recruiting metrics to inform decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
Collaborative, consultative approach with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Benefits:
