About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead UK sales operations for a leading CDMO specialising in Finished Dosage Form (FDF) products, including tablets, capsules, and injectables. This is a remote role with the opportunity to influence strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the UK sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key pharma and biotech clients.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical/CDMO sector.
Experience selling Finished Dosage Form products (tablets, capsules, injectables) is essential.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
